happinessByB sells original digital beading patterns, macramé patterns, tutorials, and pattern bundles.

All products sold through this Website are digital downloads, primarily provided as PDF files. No physical products will be shipped.

Digital patterns may include diagrams, instructions, photographs, materials lists, and other information to help you complete a project.

Please read each product description before purchasing to check the techniques, materials, skill level, and contents of the pattern.

2. Ordering and Payment

You can place an order without creating a customer account.

Product prices and available payment methods are displayed on the Website and during checkout. The total price will be shown before you complete your purchase.

You are responsible for providing accurate checkout information, particularly your email address.

Before submitting an order, you can review your cart and correct your details.

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation. The purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order, normally by confirming the purchase and making the digital product available.

3. Digital Delivery and Downloads

After successful payment, your purchased digital products will be made available through the download method indicated at checkout or in your order confirmation.

Download links may be available for a limited time. Please download and save your files promptly.

You will need a compatible device, an internet connection, and suitable software to open the PDF files. Please ensure that your device can access and read PDF documents.

We recommend keeping a backup copy of your purchased files.

4. Right of Withdrawal and Refunds

Consumers generally have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases.

For digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium, this right may expire when delivery begins, provided that all applicable legal requirements have been met.

In particular, the customer must have expressly agreed to the delivery of the digital content before the withdrawal period ends, acknowledged that this will result in the loss of the right of withdrawal once delivery begins, and received the legally required confirmation.

Where these conditions have been fulfilled, cancellation due to a change of mind is no longer available after delivery begins.

Where the statutory right of withdrawal remains applicable, customers may exercise it in accordance with the separate Withdrawal Policy provided on the Website.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights if a digital product is defective, incomplete, incorrectly supplied, or does not conform to the contract.

You may download and print the pattern for your personal use.

You may not:

• Share, forward, upload, publish, or distribute the purchased PDF or any part of it.

• Resell, sublicense, or give away copies of the digital pattern.

• Share one purchased copy with a group, class, workshop, or organisation.

• Reproduce, translate, adapt, or modify the pattern for redistribution or sale without written permission.

• Use the pattern to create or sell a competing digital pattern or tutorial.

• Remove copyright notices or ownership information.

Any use beyond the licence described here requires prior written permission from happinessByB.

6. Selling Finished Handmade Items

You are welcome to make finished physical items using happinessByB patterns and sell them in small, handmade quantities.

Mass production, factory production, wholesale production, and licensing the designs to third parties are not permitted without prior written permission.

7. Crafting Results and Safety

Please follow the safety instructions provided by the manufacturers of your tools and materials, and take appropriate precautions while crafting.

8. Digital Product Quality and Customer Support

We aim to ensure that our digital products are complete, accessible, and consistent with their descriptions.

If you discover an error, missing information, damaged file, or other problem with a purchased product, please contact us with your order details and a description of the issue.

We will investigate and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Your statutory rights concerning the conformity and provision of digital products remain unaffected.
